We thank you for choosing Minori Education Center as your study partner. The course rules and regulation are divided into two, concerning class operation and course fee:

A. Class Operation

  1. Study duration is 45 minutes.
  2. Class holidays follow national holidays in the country where the teacher/student resides, or by agreement between the teacher and the student.
  3. The study schedule can be rescheduled/changed to another day, depending on the agreement between the teacher and the student.
  4. The student is allowed to ask for permission 6 hours before the start of a session of the course, and are not subject to a fee for that session. If the request is submitted in less than 6 hours, the fee for that session is still charged.
  5. Rule number 4 does not apply if there is an agreed rescheduling of less than 6 hours before the session starts.
  6. Rule number 4 does not apply the first/initial meeting.
  7. Permission not to join a session should be conveyed in the WA/Telegram group so that admins and teachers are well informed.
  8. A teacher can convey permission not to be able to teach no later than 2 hours before the session commencement time.
  9. If the teacher informs the class of his/her not being able to teach for a session less than 2 hours before the session commencement time, the fee is not charged for that session and the next session the teacher shall teach with no charge (free session).
  10. If the teacher is unable to teach or quits, the session can be cancelled or taught by a substitute teacher provided the student is agreeable.
  11. If the student needs additional sessions outside the agreed schedule, he/she can make a request to the teacher but he/she will be charged additional fees at the same rate as the normal fee per session.

B. Course Fee

  1. The course fee per session is JPY2,000 for students who reside in Japan and IDR200,000 for students who resides in Indonesia.
  2. The total course fees will be summed up at the end of the month according to the number of countable implemented sessions.
  3. The monthly invoice will be sent to the student or his/her parent/guardian at the end of the month.
  4. The student/parent/guardian is expected to help verify the invoice before making payment, so that any errors found can be corrected immediately.
  5. Invoiced course fees should be paid at the lates the 5th (fifth) date of the following month.
  6. If the student is late and does not pay the cours fee of a certain month until the end of the following month, then the student cannot attend lessons until the overdue invoice is paid.
  7. The student/parent/guardian should send proof of transfer of course fees to the admin class.

  8. Course fee payment is considered valid only with proof of transfer.
